Callback
Callback, in VOIP term, is a technology where a VOIP service provider (Foniq) performs a call to the origin phone number and the destination phone number, and thereby, connects the two phones and establishes the call session. Callback is an ideal solution for those countries that have high IDD rates and where we do not have a direct number to call in.
Currently, we are offering 4 different methods of callback:

SMS Callback
While you are on the move, even overseas, you can cut your roaming and IDD bill with SMS Callback. With our low rates, you save even more while staying in contact! All you need to do is send an SMS to our SMS Gateway, including the phone number you wish to call in the SMS, and our server connect your phone and the destination phone numbers within a few seconds.
Web Callback
Now that Internet is available in almost
every corner of the world, our Web Callback solution takes full advantage of that by allowing our users to perform callback directly from our web portal, without the hassle of SMSing or giving missed call to our server. With this Web Callback, you don't need a microphone, or speakers, or stay in front of your computer at all time, all you need is... your phone.
All you need for Web Callback is to enter your phone number and the phone number you wish to call in the forms provided (as shown above), and our server will help you connect and establish the calls in just a matter of seconds.
ANI Callback
This type of callback is also known as "missed call" callback where you call our server, then hangup, and our server will call you back in a few seconds, prompt you to enter the phone number you wish to call, and help connect you to that number. It's important to note that our server doesn't pickup or answer your initiated call at all, our server just needs to determine your CallerID from that call to verify wherether you are authorized to use the callback service.
This type of callback service can be used anywhere anytime in the world, regardless of your location. All you need to do is to login to your account via our web portal and authorize the phone numbers that you want our server to call back. This way, you can initiate callback from your mobile phone, your home phone, your work place, or even your local Japan's phone number.
WAP/Imode Callback
We are also providing callback interface/service for our WAP/Imode customers. With your WAP/Imode ready mobile phone,
